Hello Brighton Residents,

With the “Safer at Home” guidelines in place because of COVID-19, I thought additional information regarding our Town of Brighton would be helpful.

*Absentee/Early Voting continues through April 3. Procedures are in place to keep our residents and our clerks as safe as possible.

*The Spring Election & Presidential Primary on April 7 (as of this writing) are still going forward and additional health safety measures will be in place

*Saturday Waste/Recycling Collection continues for Brighton residents with some “traffic control” measures to meet social distancing guidelines

*Burn permits, as needed and as conditions allow, will still be issued

*Building inspections are halted for the time being. New permits are still being issued

*Town office hours have remained Monday & Wednesday 12-5 p.m. & Friday 8 a.m.-1p.m.

*PLEASE NOTE: A reminder that the April 1st Plan Commission and April 13th Board meetings have been canceled

*Accurate and updated COVID-19 information can be found at www.CDC.gov and www.dhs.wisconsin.gov

*I am available at 414-333-8843

Stay safe and be healthy,

Susan Crane, Brighton Town Chair
